Miami AI Lab provides AI-powered software products and internal business tools. Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, financial institutions) to facilitate internal operations.

All intellectual property in our products and services remains the property of Miami AI Lab, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended.
Our services may connect to third-party APIs and platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miami AI Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
